Do you pick up parcels from home?
Yes. Pickup is free anywhere inside Kathmandu Valley. You can also drop the parcel at our office in Khasibazar, Kathmandu. For outside the valley, contact us.
Can I send cooking oil, honey and spices to UK?
Yes. Cooking oil and honey go in small, tightly sealed, narrow-mouth bottles, and spices should be commercially packed and labelled.
Can I send cigarettes, khaini or meat to UK?
No. Tobacco products and meat or animal products are not accepted for UK parcels.
Can I send medicines from Nepal to UK?
Yes, with a valid doctor's prescription and purchase bill, up to three months' supply. Some medicines may be restricted.
